This is a short test video we did with Antonio Panzera, the singer of Alaska. We tested out his lip syncing skills and a variety of shots to see which worked best and compiled them into a short video, set to our chosen song. We feel this helped us to learn which shot types/angles work best for Antonio, as he will be shown in the music video a lot, and also helped us with our lip syncing/beat editing skills.

Water Cymbal Idea
So I had a little idea for some shots of the performance side of the music video. I was thinking about putting water on the snare drum and cybmals of the drum kit and in bits of the song were the drummer hits them, then maybe using the slow motion efftect on the shot to see the water flying off. Ideas and Planning
We thought about which themes we could include in our music video and decided that insomnia/madness would be a good idea. We thought that we could have 2 rooms, where a person is trying to sleep in one room, but can't because a band is playing in the room next door. There will be lots of things that get in his way, which links back to the theme and title of the song.
